Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jarvis AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Jarvis AI provides an AI-assisted learning calculator and tutoring tools, including voice and gesture input, exam preparation features, and progress tracking. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent, to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Each plan includes daily or monthly usage allowances for AI tutoring and voice features. We may apply rate limits or temporarily restrict access to protect the Service from abuse or excessive use.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are provided for educational support and may contain errors. You should independently verify important results. Jarvis AI is a study aid and is not a substitute for professional or academic advice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer it, disrupt its operation, access it through automated means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content provided by Jarvis AI remain our property. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to process it to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jarvis AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
