Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Jarvis AI Pro and Premium are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (Plans & Billing → Manage billing). When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

3. 14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a given plan. Contact us with your account email and we will process eligible refunds back to your original payment method.

4. Renewal charges

Refunds are generally not provided for renewal charges on an ongoing subscription. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your next billing date. We may make exceptions for accidental or duplicate charges.

5. Launch offer

Premium launch-offer pricing (£9.99/month for the first 2 months, then £19.99/month) follows the same refund terms. Cancelling during the promotional period stops future billing; the standard price applies only from month 3 onward if you remain subscribed.

6. Free plan

The Free plan is free of charge, so no refunds apply. You can use it for as long as you like with no payment.

7. How to request a refund

Email refunds@jarvistutor.com from the address associated with your account, including the approximate date of the charge, or use our contact page. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version shown here is the current policy and applies to purchases made while it is in effect.
