Your data is safe with us

This page is maintained by the Jarvis AI team to explain the security and privacy controls that protect your account, payments and learning data. It describes current practices and is not an independent certification.

Encrypted payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card details are entered directly with Stripe over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers.

Secure authentication

Accounts are protected with secure, token-based authentication. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text, and sessions are validated on every protected request.

Data protection

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to your information is restricted by row-level security policies so you can only ever read and write your own records.

Student privacy

Learning data is used to power tutoring, progress tracking and parent dashboards — never sold. Parent access is granted only through explicit, consent-based account linking.

Stripe-secured transactions

Subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are handled through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal, with webhook signatures verified server-side before any change is applied.

GDPR-style privacy practices

We follow privacy-by-design principles: data minimisation, purpose limitation, and your right to access, export or delete your data at any time.

Shared responsibility

We secure the platform, hosting and payment flows. You help keep your account safe by using a strong, unique password and keeping your login credentials private. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately so we can help.
